Shipping Information

When will my item be shipped?

Under normal circumstances all items will be shipped within 1-2 business days once the payment has been cleared. We verify each order thoroughly to avoid fraudulent activity and we will refuse any suspicious transaction that exposes us to harm, included but not limited to fraud and other criminal acts. For high value orders, we may contact you to request for additional proof of identity which may cause additional delays.

Do you deliver to PO boxes?

Your shipping address must match your billing address. Due to shipping restrictions, we do not accept PO Box addresses. When placing your order, you must provide us with an address where our delivery service can obtain a signature upon delivery of your shipment.

Do I need to sign for my package?

Yes, we require proof of delivery for all shipments due to the high value of goods that are sold. 

Is my package insured?

Yes, all items are shipped with full insurance against theft and accidental damage while in transit. Once the item arrives to the delivery address and signed for, it is no longer covered by insurance. We recommend inspecting your shipment prior to signing for it. If the box is damaged you can either refuse the delivery or make a note when signing for it that you are accepting a damaged box.

My item was damaged during shipment, what should I do?

We ship all our items with full insurance. Please inspect your shipment upon delivery prior to signature and report a damaged item right away to the courier upon receiving your shipment. You must report a damaged shipment to us within 24 hours of receiving it by emailing info@fabulousinheels.com for assistance.  

How do I track my order?

All orders shipped will be tracked and will require your signature upon receipt. Tracking orders is easy: You will receive an email from FabulousInHeels with your tracking number. In your mail inbox, please make sure to mark FabulousInHeels as NOT junk or spam.

You can simply enter your tracking number here to obtain the status of your shipment at any time.

Why isn't my tracking information available?

Please note, tracking can take 24-48 hours to update after the item has been dropped off for shipping. If you are not able to obtain tracking information within 72 hours, please contact us for assistance.

I did not receive an email after I made my purchase, what should I do?

Please verify that you provided a valid email address. Check your junk mail inbox and make sure to mark FabulousInHeels as not junk/spam.

How much does shipping cost?

Domestic standard deliveries are free. Other faster shipping options and costs will be provided upon check-out before payment.

Do you deliver internationally?

We currently deliver to continental US and Canada. Some exclusions apply. If you enter a shipping address that is in a region outside our shipping zones, then you will be informed that no shipping rate is available for your area.

Will I be charged customs fees, taxes and/or duties?

Applicable sales tax and shipping charges will be calculated and shown upon check-out. However, import duties and custom fees are not. It is important to understand where the shipment is coming from and its destination:

Under each product description we clearly specify the origin of the product which is either Canada or USA. If your delivery address does not match the origin of the product, your shipment will be subject to custom fees, taxes and/or duties. Please visit your inbound border customs agency website to determine applicable costs.

If your delivery address matches the origin of the product, you are eligible for FREE domestic shipping and your shipment will not be subject to custom fees or duties.

All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package.  Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

What is the expected delivery time?

Following credit authorization and verification, your order will be shipped out within 1-2 business days and you will receive your order in approximately 1-9 business days after, depending on which shipping method you chose. Please allow extra days during high volume shipping times such as holidays and adverse weather conditions. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs.
