Layaway allows you to pay a deposit on an item in order to purchase the item later through an easy affordable installment plan. We do not charge interest on money owing so this is a better way to pay for an item instead of a credit card. Please note, deposits are non-refundable.

Under normal circumstances all items will be shipped within 1-2 business days once the payment has been cleared. We verify each order thoroughly to avoid fraudulent activity and we will refuse any suspicious transaction that exposes us to harm, included but not limited to fraud and other criminal acts. For high value orders, we may contact you to request for additional proof of identity which may cause additional delays.
Your shipping address must match your billing address. Due to shipping restrictions, we do not accept PO Box addresses. When placing your order, you must provide us with an address where our delivery service can obtain a signature upon delivery of your shipment.
Yes, all items are shipped with full insurance against theft and accidental damage while in transit. Once the item arrives to the delivery address and signed for, it is no longer covered by insurance. We recommend inspecting your shipment prior to signing for it. If the box is damaged you can either refuse the delivery or make a note when signing for it that you are accepting a damaged box.
We ship all our items with full insurance. Please inspect your shipment upon delivery prior to signature and report a damaged item right away to the courier upon receiving your shipment. You must report a damaged shipment to us within 24 hours of receiving it by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
All orders shipped will be tracked and will require your signature upon receipt. Tracking orders is easy: You will receive an email from FabulousInHeels with your tracking number. In your mail inbox, please make sure to mark FabulousInHeels as NOT junk or spam.

We currently deliver to continental US and Canada. Some exclusions apply. If you enter a shipping address that is in a region outside our shipping zones, then you will be informed that no shipping rate is available for your area.

If your delivery address does not match the origin of the product, your shipment will be subject to custom fees, taxes and/or duties. Following credit authorization and verification, your order will be shipped out within 1-2 business days and you will receive your order in approximately 1-9 business days after, depending on which shipping method you chose.
